Ingredients

    Venison 2 steaks cubed
    1 beef boullon
    2 t worcestershire sauce
    1 t soy sauce
    salt & Pepper
    1 C Chopped onion
    1/2 cup chopped green pepper
    10 baby carrots
    1 pkg broccoli
    1 jar mushrooms if desired

Directions

cube 2 venison steaks dissolve 1 beef boullon cube in 1 cup water add 2 t worcestershire and 1 t soy sauce dash of salt and pepper to taste. Put meat in crock pot put onions, peppers, carrots, broccoli, mushrooms and pour liquid over it set on Med in crock pot @ 6 hours ( I like to let cook awhile then add veggies as to not overcook them) Could serve this alone or with chow mein noodles , egg noodles, baked potatoes or put them in the pot if desired. Can also be baked in oven @ 350 about 2 hours
