Made this hundreds of times! Try boiling the chicken with a little vinegar, the chicken is soft and very easy to shred. We like the shredded chicken, easier to eat and goes a little further - 4/4/09

Sounds wonderful and since I can't have much salt I will use El paso 40 percent less sodium taco seasoning in this. - 4/4/09

Great, to help cut down on the sodium try adding cumin, garlic, chili powder to the chicken and fresh salsa instead of taco seasoning pkg. - 6/28/09

I absolutely love this recipe--there couldn't be anything easier. I make several chicken breats worth and add a little more seasoning and eat it for dinner that night and then take it to work all week. And I agree with pp, I eat 2 of these and I'm stuffed. My husband loves it over rice! So good! - 3/7/08

We make this once a week! I pre-cook the chicken breast and then just warm it in a pan with either red or green salsa (it's really good with the green!) - you can use mild, medium or hot depending on your tastes! For some fiber, add fat-free refried beans as a side dish! YUM! - 3/13/09

I usually cook turkey tacos since I don't eat red meat. But i never even considered using chicken or fish. Despite the fact that it's all I eat at restaurants. Good recipe. Thank you. - 1/23/08

Will make this tonight. I've been seeing a commercial for chicken tacos and I'm ready to try them. I will use soft shells and will add green peppers and onions to the chicken when I cook it. A few more veggies can't hurt! - 1/27/12

Great recipe! I actually bought a rotisserie chicken to save myself the time of having to cook it after work. Then I just deskinned it and shredded it. Make it quick and easy! - 3/10/11

I mixed a can of rinsed black beans, whole kernel corn, and green chiles together....throw it in the pan when you're done cooking the chicken just spray or oil a little bit, leave on a low-medium setting, cook until they are warmed through and add that to the taco instead of more meat! - 11/11/10
