This was quite good and different than any other way I have made fish. I used fresh spinach and sauteed it with the garlic and was pleasantly surprised at the flavor of this simple combination. I will definetely do that one again. Also I will be making the fish again. - 3/16/08

I loved this recipe! I did change it by putting the parmesan directly on the fish, topped it w/the cilantro (I didn't have any tomatoes). I substituted the spinach for stir-fried bok choy with a tsp of olive oil and served it w/a side of w/w couscous (w/dried cranberries and grapes). - 7/28/09

This dish was delicious. The whole family loved it. I put the tomatoes and parm cheese on for the last couple of minutes of cooking and that worked wonderfully. Will definitely make this again and again. - 7/18/09

Even my kids ate it! It was light and refreshing. I served it with brown rice on the side. I did use more lime than asked for. I will definitely make this again! - 3/23/07

I add more lime too and skip the spinach. Instead I put fish over a layer of pica de gallo. Yum - 3/22/07
