Ingredients

    * *Ground Beef, 95% lean, 12 oz (remove)
    * *Ground Turkey 99% Lean, 12 oz (remove) * *canned diced tomatoes, 14.5 oz (remove)
    * *Bush's Light Red Kidney Beans, 15 oz (remove)
    * *Busch's Cannelini Beans, 1.75 cup (remove)
    * *beef broth, fat free, reduced sodium 50%, 2 cup (remove)
    * *Michelob Ultra Beer, 1 serving (remove)
    * Onions, raw, 1 cup, chopped (remove)
    * Peppers, sweet, red, raw, sliced, 1 cup (remove)
    * Green Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, strips (remove)
    * *Cumin, 1 tsp (remove)
    * *Chili powder, 1 tbsp (remove)
    * *Cayenne Pepper, 0.5 tsp (remove)
    * *Heinz Distilled White Vinegar, 2 tbsp (remove)
    * *Vegetables, juice: V8 Low Sodium Vegetable Juice, 1 cup (remove)
    * *Clamato juice (Mott's Original), 1 cup (remove)

Directions

1. Brown meats together, add a little onion powder.
2. Drain; return to pot. Add onions and peppers, saute a few minutes till tender.
3. Add all the other ingredients. Bring to boil.
4. Then simmer with lid on for 20 minutes on low heat.
5. Take lid off. Simmer another 10 mins. Add corn starch to thicken up.
* Also add 1/4 C of Benefiber for fiber addition.
*Sprinkle shredded Cheddar cheese, light sour cream.
