Introduction

Ingredients

    * *Wheat flour, white, all-purpose, unenriched, 1 1/2 cup
    * *Flour, white, 1 1/2 cup
    * Baking Soda, 1.5 tsp
    * Baking Powder, 1.5 tsp
    * Cinnamon, ground, 1 tsp
    * Egg, fresh, 2 large
    * Granulated Sugar, 3/4 cup
    * *Canola Oil, .1/8 cup
    * *Sucralose (like Splenda), 3/4 cup
    * over ripe bananas - 7

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 spray 2 loaf pans with cooking spray

Mix flours, baking powder, baking soda and cinnamon together, set aside

mash bananas, mix with eggs, sugar, splenda- once well combined, add to the dry mix and mix well.

pour into the loaf pans and bake at 350 for 50-55 minutes (until cooked through and a toothpick comes out clean)
