Ingredients

    Wyman's Fresh Frozen Mixed Berries, 1 cup
    Spring Valley Soy Protein Powder, .5 serving
    Water, tap, 1 cup (8 fl oz)
    Spring Vally Flexseed oil, 1 tsp





Directions

Blend all ingredient Together till nice and smooth pour in a cup and enjoy.

Add splenda for taste ( if you would like)



This make 1 Ser. in a 16 oz glass around
