3 cups HyVee Reduced Fat All Purpose Baking Mix,

1 tsp fennel (can be omitted) my dh loves it.
Directions
Fry sausage, and let it cool.
Mix with remaining ingredients.
Use ice cream scoop to fill 15 muffin tins.
Bake at 400 degrees for 20 minutes.
