Introduction

Ingredients

    2 cups rice milk
    1 1/2 cups water
    1/2 cup old fashioned oats
    1/2 cup rye flakes
    3/4 cup barley flakes

Directions

put all items into a double boiler and cook for 20-30 minutes.

Serving size is about 8 1/2 cup for each serving.
