Introduction

Ingredients

    1c Milk
    1 Egg
    1/3 c apple sauce/oil
    2c flour
    2tsp baking soda
    1/2c sugar
    1c berries

Directions

Set over to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Grease muffin pan or use cup cake wrappers.

In a medium mixing bowl, combine Milk, Egg, and Apple Sauce. Then add Flour, Baking Soda, and Sugar. Add berries of your choice last by folding them in.

Divided mixture into muffin pan and bake for about 20 minutes.
