Introduction
This recipe does not use a blender or Ice and is fairly chunky. It uses Meringue powder to help thicken the smoothie.If you have a blender available I would add a hand full of ice and omit the Meringue powder as it creates a bit of a chalky texture.

Ingredients

1 Medium Banana
4-5 Strawberries
4oz Vanilla Yogurt
Honey (to taste)
1/2 cup Whole Milk
1/2 tsp Meringue Powder
Directions
Cut Banana & Strawberries into small slices and mash slightly with fork in small mixing bowl.
Add Milk, Milk, Yogurt, Honey & Meringue Powder. Using hand mixer mix well.
