Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1lb of Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast
    1 1/2 to 2 cups of Water
    4 Tablespoons of Salsa
    1 Cup of Carrots
    1 Cup of Celery
    1 Cup of Sweet Yellow Corn
    1 Cup of Red Potatos
    1 Cup of Onions
    1 Cup of Zucchini
    1 Cup of Summer Squash
    No-Salt Seasonings to taste
    *Garlic Powder, Paprika, Mrs.Dash Garlic and Roasted Pepper or Table Blend and or any other favorite seasonings to flavor

Directions

Add to a slow cooker, Chicken, Zucchini, Summer Squash, Celery, Corn, Onion, and Potato. Add no-salt seasonings like garlic powder, Mrs. Dash Table Mix, and paprika. Add 2 - 4 tablespoons of salsa for extra flavor... Last add the water so it can mix the seasoning into the veggies and meat. Cook on low for 6 - 8 hours... At about 4 hours check the water level to see if there is enough... Add 1/2 cup of water if you think it might be a little low on juices...The meat will come out tender enough to cut with a spoon.
This meal makes 6 one cup servings. Wonderful for an on the run family... set it up the night before.. and put it in containers in the morning for lunches on the go!!!
