Ingredients

    8 Bamboo Skewers soaked in water for 20 mins.

    290 grams (about 8) Large Organic Stuffing Mushrooms, chopped into quarters, stems removed
    1.5 Extra Large Sweet Red Peppers, chopped into big chunks (about 2" x 1.5")
    1 Yellow or Red Onion chopped into big sections
    1 Tbsp. Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp. Clubhouse La Grille Vegetable Seasoning

Directions

1. Soak your bamboo skewers in water - set a timer for 20 minutes.

2.Scrub your grill with a BBQ brush. Spray your grill with Pam Grilling spray and turn on high heat.

3. Wash and chop veggies as described in ingredients list. Ensure mushroom stems are removed prior to chopping.

4. In a large bowl, toss veggies in 1 Tbsp olive oil and 2 Tbsp. Vegetable Seasoning spice.

5. Has it been 20 minutes? If it's almost, go ahead and skewer your veggies (alternating as you go) onto each stick.

6. Turn your grill down to Low heat. Place teh skewers on the grill and, set timer for 4 minutes - leave lid closed as they cook. Spin skewers and set timer for another 3 minutes. Veggies should have a nice char on them!
