Ingredients

    3 eggs, xl
    3 egg whites, xl
    tomatoe
    spinach
    garlic
    morningstar farms sausage crumbles
    fat free feta cheese

Directions

saute garlic, tomatoes and spinach, add sausage crumbles, then egg mix and feta; cover with lid, cook on low for 25 minutes until eggs solidify. drain any water accumulation on top; remove from heat and cut into 4ths; serve warm.
