Ingredients

1 20 oz bag of 16 dried beans
1 lg onion chopped
1 can (4 oz) green chilies- I use jalepenos
2 tsp chili powder or to taste
2 tps cumin " " "
2 cans (14 1/2 oz each) chicken broth, less sodium
3 cups water
14 oz. turkey kielbasa (I used oscar mayer)
Directions
After soaking beans per directions on bag, put in pot and add all other ingredients except the sausage. Put on stove to slow cook for several hours or in crock pot on high 5 to 6 hours, or Low 9- 10 hours. Last hour add the sausage cut into bite size pieces.
