Ingredients

    1lb of 31/40 count shrimp
    2lbs of unsalted butter
    3 cloves of garlic
    2 tbs of fresh parsley
    2 cups of prepared basmatti rice
    one lime,cut into quaters

Directions

Prepare the basmatti rice. Using a skillet, melt the butter and saute the chopped garlic for 1.5 minutes. Add the shrimp and saute until all pink. Turn off the burner, add the parsley and serve with Prepared rice and lime.
