Ingredients

    1 Green Pepper, chopped
    1 Red Ripe Tomato, chopped
    1 Cucumber, chopped
    1/2 Sweet White or Red Onion, chopped
    1 Cup Feta Cheese, crumbled
    1/4 Cup Olive Oil
    2 Tbsp. Red Wine Vinegar
    1/2 tsp. Dried Oregano
    12 Kalamata Olives for Garnish

Directions

Chop all vegetables and toss with Olive Oil, Red Wine Vinegar, Feta Cheese and Oregano. Divide into 6 servings and garnish each with 2 olives.
