Ingredients

    1/4 cup apple cider
    1 Tbl. brown sugar
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cup julienned apples (preferable Granny Smith)
    1 cup julienned pear
    1/4 cup dried cranberries
    3 cups cabbage, thinly sliced and chopped

Directions

In a small bowl, mix together the apple cider, brown sugar, salt, and pepper. Toss the apples, pears, and dried cranberries in the apple cider mixture until well combined. Evenly divide the cabbage among 4 plates. Divide the apple mixture into 4 equal portions and top each plate of cabbage.
