Ingredients

    1 jar (15oz) roasted red peppers, drained
    1/2 cup fat free sour cream
    2 Tbsp dried basil
    1 tsp garlic powder
    1/8 tsp salt
    1/8 tsp black pepper

Directions

In a blender combine roasted peppers, sour cream, basil and garlic powder; puree until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Cover and chill until ready to serve.
