Ingredients

    2 lbs beef liver
    1 cup Fat Free Miracle Whip
    6 large egg whites
    3 large raw onions
    pepper, garlic powder, onion powder

Directions

Fry onion in a frying pan coated with Pam Cooking Spray until soft and light brown. Place in bowl to the side. Add liver to frying pan with Pam Cooking Spray and fry until just browned on both sides. Add enough water to barely cover liver..cover and simmer about 10 minutes, until the centers are no longer pink. Remove.
Put liver, egg whites and onions through the gringer portion of your mix master and grind until completed..In a large bowl, combine liver/onion/egg white mixture, Kraft Miracle Whip Free, and spices and stir until thoroughly mixed. Serve on crackers, about 1 tsp per cracker...
