Ingredients

    2 lbs of Ground Beef
    1 egg
    1 cup of Quaker Oats or cracker crumbs
    1 sm. can of Tomato sauce
    Worchestire sauce
    Minced Onion
    Salt & Pepper

Directions

Preheat oven to 350-375. Beat egg. Add rest of ingredients and mix until right consistency. Place in loaf pan. Cook for an hour.
