Ingredients

    1 Head of Cauliflower Florets
    1/2 cup Half and Half
    1/2 teaspoon of dry mustard
    1 teaspoon of salt
    1 cup of gruyere cheese
    1/3 cup of breadcrumbs

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spray 2 quart baking dish with Pam.

Place 1 head of cauliflower dish.

Whisk half and half, dry mustard and salt. Pour over the cauliflower.

Sprinkle the gruyere cheese and breadcrumbs on top.

Bake until tender, about 45 minutes.

This recipe did not say how many servings. It looked like a fairly good sized casserole for approximately 8 people.
