Ingredients

    500g minced beef
    A stalk of celery finely sliced
    2 cloves of garlic
    A small carrot cut into fine dice
    Half a tin of tomatoes
    Half a cup vegetable stock
    1 anchovy finely chopped up
    half a tsp dry basil
    half a tsp dry oregano
    2 -3 tsp cornflour slaked in a little water
    50 ml soy cream

Directions

Dry fry the mince beef until browned and crumbly.

Add vegetables, tinned tomatoes and vegetable stock.

Bring to the boil, reduce the heat and simmer for 1 hour. Add herbs.

Add cornflour mixture, simmer for 20 minutes uncovered, then add soy cream.
