Muffins Muffins
Number of Servings: 6

Ingredients

    1 cup Whole Wheat Pastry Flour
    1/2 cup oat bran
    2 tsp. non-alum baking powder
    3 Tbsp. honey
    3 Tbsp. Unrefined Vegetable oil
    3/4 cup water

Directions

Makes 6-8 muffins.
Mix dry and liquid ingredients in seperate bowels, then combine and mix thourghly.
Fill 6-8 oiled muffin tins and bake at 375 for 12-15 minutes.
