Ingredients

    1/2 lb cod fish fillets, cut into 1" pieces
    1/2 lb large shrimp, raw, peeled and deveined
    1/2 lb sea scallops
    1/2 cup non fat milk
    1/2 cup plain dry bread crumbs
    1/2 tsp garlic powder
    1 1/2 tsp chopped fresh thyme
    1 Tbsp butter
    salt and pepper to taste

Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Spray a baking dish with butter flavored cooking spray. Place fish, shrimp, and scallops in baking dish and season with salt and pepper. Pour milk over seafood. Melt butter in a small microwave safe bowl. Add bread crumbs to melted butter and stir to coat. Add garlic powder, thyme, and salt and pepper to taste. Spinkle bread crumbs over seafood. Bake in preheated oven 20 - 25 minutes until bread crumbs are toasted and seafood is cooked through. Makes 6 servings.
