Ingredients

    Cooking Spray
    muffin pan (12 muffin cups)

    2c. Nestle Chocolate Chips
    6 Post Shredded Wheat Biscuits (The large biscuits)
    1c. Sweetened Coconut

    36 Cadbury Mini Eggs (or use jelly beans for eggs)

Directions

Makes 12 muffin tin sized nests with 3 Cadbury Mini Eggs in each nest. Serving size is 1/2 of a nest. These are really rich so 1/2 a nest is satisfying.

Spray 12 muffin cups with cooking spray.

Crumble well 6 shredded wheat biscuits into mixing bowl.
Add the coconut and mix well with the shredded wheat

Melt 2 cups of chocolate chips in microwave safe dish on high power 1 min 10 seconds and stir. If necessary to melt some more heat for about 10 seconds more and stir again.

Stir the melted chocolate chips into the shredded wheat and coconut mixture. Mix well

Divide the mixture evenly into 12 muffin cups. Press an indentation into the center big enough to hold 3 mini eggs, pressing them gently into the nests.

Place in the refrigerator to harden. Wrap individually in plastic wrap to share with ohers if they are not going to be served within the next day or two.
