Introduction

This is the type of stew you make when the veggies are on their last leg and there are a couple of leftovers that just need to be eaten. You can mix and match and make it your own. Number of Servings: 10

Ingredients

    4 servings of Ham and 15 Bean Soup (see sparkrecipe)
    2 servings of Chicken Parmesan (Lightly Breaded) (see sparkrecipe)
    1 can yellow corn
    1 can green beans cut
    1 can diced tomatoes
    1/2 zucchini
    1/2 summer squash
    1 cup sliced carrots
    1/2 cup sliced celery
    1/8 medium white onion diced
    1 tsp salt
    2 tsp salt free Italian seasoning

Directions

Set crockpot on high and add ham and bean soup, can of tomatoes, corn, green beans. Add sliced zucchini, squash, carrots, celery, and diced onion. Dice parmesan chicken. Add salt and italian season. Pepper to taste.

Cook on high for 3 to 4 hours.

Makes 10 1 cup servings.
