Introduction

I made this on Sunday night and it is ready to add to my meals throughout the week! I made this on Sunday night and it is ready to add to my meals throughout the week!

Ingredients

    1 head romaine lettuce
    1 head green leaf lettuce
    3 green bell peppers
    2 cucumbers
    1 container of sliced mushrooms
    1 container of grape or cherry tomatoes
    chopped baby carrots

Directions

I chopped all ingredients and tossed to combine. It made so much salad that I had to divide it into 2 large bowls to store in the fridge.
