I'm planning to make this recipe. However, the type of rice to use is not clear. My best guess would be to use instant rice because the amount of liquid is equal to the amount of rice. Does anyone know what type of rice to use? - 4/26/10

Yes, I used the ten minute instant rice when I made this recipe.
