Introduction
This is the usual smoothie that I make after a workout. It has lots of antioxidants and a good deal of protein. This is the usual smoothie that I make after a workout. It has lots of antioxidants and a good deal of protein.Number of Servings: 1
Ingredients
-
1 cup Stonyfield Farms Fat Free French Vanilla Yogurt
1/2 cup Whole Foods frozen blueberries
1/2 cup Whole Foods frozen raspberries
1/2 cup nonfat milk
1/3 serving (one scoop) of GNC Wheybolic Vanilla protein powder
Directions
Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until desired consistency.
This recipe can come out rather thick if you don't thaw either fruit. I keep about a cup of blueberries in the fridge so they are thawed for the next day; that means only the raspberries are frozen. If you substitute fresh fruits over frozen, add a couple of ice cubes.
Makes one smoothie.
