Introduction

Ingredients

    220g Leeks Trimmed & Sliced
    1 Chicken Breast Diced
    125g Button Mushrooms Sliced
    300ML Creme Fraiche
    250g Fresh Egg Penne Pasta, cooked drained and cooled
    Extra Virgin Olive Oil
    Cracked Black Pepper

Directions

Serves 2
Fry the chicken over a high heat until turning brown
Add the Leeks & Mushrooms and soften then season with a little Pepper
Add the Creme Fraiche stir and cook through
Add the Cooked Penne and allow to simmer for a couple of minutes
Season with salt to taste
