prepare base butter "
flour
1/4 cup splenda
100gr butter
1 yolk
1tsp baking powder
prepare cheese
7 white beeten with 1 cup splenda
1 tsp cream of tartar
825 israeli 9% tnuva cheese
1 light sour cream
6 yalks
1 packet of instant vanilla puding powder sugar free fat free
4 tbs corn strarch
1/4 cup splenda
Directions
prepare base using flour butter and 1 yalk , 1/4 cup splenda
mix to get a butter that slides of the container sides.
flat in a 26 round baking dish
bake 360 for 15 min . to golden brown
set to cool
mix cheese , egg ylks, corn starch 1/4 cup splenda
and sour creem to smooth mixture
beat egg whites with 1 cup splenda and 1 tsp cream of tartar. ( add splend at the end)
add puding powder to cheese , mix well and fold egg whites into it
place a pan with water in 375 degree oven
let water heat
place a reck over the water
put cheese into the pan with the baked base
wrap the baking pan with aluminum foil so steam will not enter into it
place the baking dish on the reck over the water bath
bake at 375 for 20 min
reduce heat to 275
bake for another 60 min or until a woden pick comes out clean
do not open oven before 1hr
