Ingredients

    * Broccoli, fresh, 2 bunch
    * Spinach, fresh, 2 cup
    * Water, tap, .75 cup
    * *Beef Bovril, 2 tsp (or your choice)
    * *Flour, white, .06 cup
    * *Balsamic Vinegar, 1 tbsp (optional)
    * Olive Oil, 1 1tsp (optional)
    * Almonds, .1 cup, sliced
    * *Brown Rice, medium grain, 1 cup
    Teriyaki sauce 2 table soons

Directions

Start cooking your rice

Use a Frying pan and put your olive oil or oil of Choice in pan with balsamic vinegar and get pan hot. (if you don't want to use these just use a bit of water)

While that is cooking take 3/4 cup of water add Bovril beef base or base of your choice. 1 tablespoon of flower and 2 table spoons of Teriyaki Sauce and pour over top of veggies the sauce will thicken a bit
