This is a very simple meal using Bear Creek "Darn Good" Chili Mix and adding browned ground turkey meat. The taco seasoning adds a lot of kick. I recommend using the mild seasoning. Ingredients

    Jennie-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey Breast, 20 oz package
    Old El Paso Mild Taco Seasoning Mix, 1 packet
    Tomato Paste, 6 oz can
    Bear Creek "Darn Good" Chili Mix, 9.8 oz package
    Water

Directions

Brown the turkey meat in a large skillet. Add 1 packet of taco seasoning mix combined with 2/3 cup of water to the ground turkey and continue cooking for 3 minutes. While the turkey is cooking, bring 7 cups of water to a boil in a large pot. Add can of tomato paste and chili mix. Stir to combine ingredients. Add the seasoned and browned ground turkey to the chili mixture. Reduce heat to medium and simmer uncovered 20-25 minutes, stirring occasionally. Makes about 8 one cup servings.
