Ingredients

Roasting Chicken, light meat, 3 cup, chopped or diced
Broccoli, fresh, 1 bunch
Kraft Mayo with Olive Oil (reduced fat mayonnaise), 2 tbsp
98% fat free broccoli and cheese soup, 2 serving
Lemon juice, 1 tbsp
Bread Crumbs - Italian Style, 0.25 cup
Kraft 2% Shredded Cheddar Cheese, .5 cup
Butter, salted, 3 tbsp
Directions
Preheat oven to 350*
Pick off about 3 cups of chicken bits from a cooked roasted chicken, and set aside.
In the microwave, steam one bunch of broccoli (chopped), for a minute and a half.
Combine the chicken with the soup, lemon juice, and mayonnaise. Stir well. Add a dash of poultry seasoning or chicken bouillon seasoning, if desired.
In a sprayed casserole dish, layer the steamed broccoli. Then, spread the chicken/soup mixture over the broccoli. Sprinkle with the bread crumbs, and drizzle with the melted butter, then top with the shredded cheese.
Bake at 350* for 20 minutes.
