Ingredients

    1 lb ground beef, cooked
    1 cup tomatoes, chopped
    1/2 cup shallots, chopped
    1 tbsp reduced salt taco seasoning
    1 cup frozen corn
    2 cans tomato soup, undiluted
    1 lb (2 cups) fusilli pasta

Directions

Cook ground beef. Add tomatoes, shallots, taco seasoning, 1 can of soup and the corn. Cook the pasta; drain. Add beef mixture to the pasta. Add pasta and beef to a 3 QT casserole dish. Pour the second can of soup over top. Cover and cook for 30-45 minutes or until heated through.

Top with cheese if you want.

Makes 10 1-cup servings.
