    .5 cup frozen strawberries (unsweetened)
    .5 cup frozen blueberries (unsweetened)
    .5 - 1 small banana, sliced
    .25 cup of Activia plain yogurt with cereal
    1 cup baby spinich

Blend together until smooth and thick. Perfect for breakfast or a snack! Low cal, low fat, low everything, and full of vitamins and minerals, and antioxidants. Great way to eat spinich without the flavor, and it fills you up!
