Ingredients

1 - Pita Goumet, High Protein Pita Pocket (or other high fibre pita). Calories will vary depending on the pita used.
5 Cloves of Garlic
1 tbsp Philadelphia 95% Fat Free Cream Cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
** Optional 1 tbsp of finely chopped cucumber
Directions
Preheat oven to 350F.
Put five cloves of unpeeled garlic on a cookie sheet and cook until soft (about 5 minutes).
While the garlic is cooking, cut the pita bread in to 8 wedges.
Remove garlic from oven, place pita wedges on the cookie sheet and place in the oven. Bake for 5 minutes or until slightly crispy.
Peel the garlic cloves and mash with a fork or spoon in small bowl.
Add 1 tbsp of Philadelphia 95% Fat Free Cream Cheese and mix well. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Remove pita wedges from the oven.
Apply garlic and cream cheese spread to the pita wedges and enjoy.
** Add finely chopped cucumber for more of a tzatziki taste and texture.
