Ingredients

    1 cup fresh Spinach
    3 fresh Strawberries (medium)
    3 slices of fresh Pineapple (rounds)
    8 fl oz of Orange Juice
    1/3 Soy Milk

Directions

* Wash all fresh fruit and veggies
* Toss everything in a blender
* Add orange juice
* Add soy milk
* (If desired, add water and sweetener - I didn't)
* Blend until everything is as liquified as can be - this is a little chunky, but I like it like this - you get all your fibre!

Serves 2 in 12 oz glasses. Cheers to our health! :) xo

    Incredible!
    I just fixed this for myself. I added a banana instead of strawberries since someone had eaten the strawberries. It was very good! I do not like spinach in any form and I love this. Thank you so much for a recipe that will help me get some veggies in my body. - 8/12/10

    Very Good
    I used Almond Breeze instead of soy milk since i am allergic to soy. I have not traditionally been a healthy eater but I'm trying to change. I like raw spinach but wasn't sure I'd like it in a drink, It was good, though. Feels very fresh and healthy! - 4/13/10
