Ingredients

    Simply Orange, Calcium Fortified Orange Juice, 8 fl oz, 2 serving
    Raspberries, 1 cup
    Blueberries, frozen (unsweetened), 1 cup, unthawed
    Brown Cow Non-Fat Vanilla Yogurt (5.3 oz), 1 serving
    Strawberries, fresh, 4 large (1-3/8" dia)

Directions

Pour 2 cups OJ in blender. Add 5.3 ounces of non-fat vanilla yogurt. Add 1 cup frozen blueberries, 1 cup frozen raspberries, 4 large strawberries sliced. Blend for 60 seconds. Makes just under 5 cups. (1 cup = 1 serving.) Can be stored in the fridge for a few days. Be sure to stir before pouring if it's stood for a while.
