    2 ripe red tomatoes, cored and seeded, chopped
    1/2 green pepper, seeded, diced small
    1/2 red pepper, seeded, diced small
    fresh basil, 3 leaves, chopped
    1 Tbsp. lemon or lime juice
    1 Tbsp. olive oil
    spices optional
