    1 cup margarine
    1.5 cups white sugar
    2 eggs
    2.75 cups flour
    2 tsp cream of tartar
    pinch of salt


Mix all ingredients, roll into balls, roll balls in mixture of cinnamon and sugar, bake at 350 for 8-10 minutes.

  • Used margarine like you listed in ingredient list, did a makeover and found that you listed butter, (like most Snickerdoodle recipes seem to!) I think I might try half and half next time. Also, used some gran sucralose for part of the white sugar. Needed to say to use ungreased baking sheet. - 3/25/15
