Really yummy vegetarian goodness! Really yummy vegetarian goodness!
Number of Servings: 16

Ingredients

    one package whole wheat lasagna noodles
    Prego Mushroom Sauce, big jar
    2 packages frozen spinach
    Ricotta Cheese
    Mozzarella Cheese (half fat free, half low fat)
    fresh mushrooms

    Mix spinach, mushrooms, and cheese together in a bowl.
    Layer lasagna...
    noodles, cheese mixture, pasta sauce until to top of pan
    top with more cheese!

    Bake at 350 for 1 hour. :) Enjoy!
