Ingredients

    2 containers of lowfat strawberry yogurt
    1c frozen strawberries
    1/2 c frozen blueberries
    1c skim milk
    4oz apple juice (I used a juice box)
    2 or 3 icecubes

Directions

Put all the stuff in a blender and blend. Add a couple of ice cubes to thicken if desired and blend. Pour into three glasses and serve with a straw.
