Ingredients

    20 ounces 93% lean ground turkey
    Egg substitute, liquid (Egg Beaters)
    10 frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed
    1 tsp olive oil
    1 cup red onion, diced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    3.5 ounces of crumbled Feta Cheese
    1 tablespoon Mrs. Dash Grilled Steak Seasoning
    1 tablespoon fresh oregano, chopped

Directions

Thaw spinach and squeezing water out. Saute onion and garlic in oil until translucent, cool. Transfer to a bowl with spinach, oregano, egg, Feta cheese, steak seasoning, and ground turkey, mixing well. Form into 8 patties, grill or cook on stove. Calories are figured without bread.
