Introduction

Ingredients

    Garlic 2 Cloves
    1 Onion
    2 Tbspn Butter
    1 Tbspn Curry Powder
    1 Tspn Ground Cumin
    1 Tspn Salt
    1 Tspn Tumeric
    1 Tspn Paprika
    2 Apples peeled, cored and chopped.
    2 Medium Bananas.
    2 Tbspn Tomato Ketchup.
    30g Cornflour
    2 Chicken Stock Cube/Veg Cube works equally well
    2 Pints of Water
    1 Tbspn Honey

Directions

Chop finely onions and garlic add to pan cook in a little water until soft. Add dried ingredients, water, stock cubes, honey, tomato sauce, butter, bananas and apple and cook until bananas and apple. Stir frequently over low heat until bananas and apples break down. Mix cornflour with water and then add to pan. Cook for another 10 minutes then leave to cool. Finally blend or sieve to smooth consistency if preferred. Serves four. Freezes well.
