Ingredients

    1 lb lean ground beef
    1/2 lb lean Italian pork sausage
    1 medium onion chopped (1/2 cup)
    1 sweet red pepper chopped (1 cup)
    2 (28 oz) cans crushed tomatoes
    2 cups Catelli Garden Select pasta sauce (onion and garlic)
    1 Tbsp brown sugar
    1 Tbsp dried Italian seasoning
    1/4 teaspoon pepper

Directions

Cook ground beef and sausage in a frying pan until thoroughly cooked. Drain and add to slow cooker. Add remaining ingredients and simmer covered on Low for 8-10 hours.

Serve over cooked spaghetti

Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese if desired.
