Introduction

An old Weight Watchers recipe. This can easily be a breakfast or lunch - or, with a little topping (and a small serving) could be a dessert too.

Can be served warm, though it is tasty cool as well.

Ingredients

    1 med apple - peeled, cored, thinly sliced
    1 slice raisin bread (about 80-90 cal size)
    1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
    1/2 c evaporated skim milk
    1 egg, beaten
    1 tsp vanilla
    4 tsp artificial sweetener

Directions

1. Coat small oven-safe bowl with cooking spray.
2. Prepare apple and bread, mix together with cinnamon in bowl.
3. In separate bowl, mix remaining ingredients.
4. Combine all ingredients in small bowl
5. Cook at 350 for 30-45 minutes (until apples in middle are soft.
