Ingredients

    2 Tbsp Light Mayo or Miracle Whip
    2 Tbsp non-fat plain yogurt
    1 tsp cider vinegar
    1 tsp dill
    1 tsp salt
    6 oz roasted turkey breast, diced
    3 large stalks of celery, sliced
    1 bell pepper, diced
    1/4 c onion diced
    1 oz walnuts, toasted and chopped fine

Directions

1. Whisk together mayo, yogurt, dill and salt in a bowl.
2. Toss in all the other ingredients and mix well to coat.

    I wonder if one could use jicama with this. Although not the taste of apple, it is close to the consistency and tastes fresh. I will try it and get back with you. - 8/1/13
