Ingredients

    2 1/2 c. rhubarb, sliced 1/2 inch thick
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1 tablespoon cornstarch
    1/8 teaspoon salt
    1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
    1/2 c. whipping cream

Directions

Put rhubarb in pie pan. Mix together the next 5 ingredients and pour in the pie pan over the rhubarb. Next pour cream over the top and bake for 10 minutes at 375. Then reduce the heat to 350 and bake another 50 minutes.
