Ingredients

    2 cups cooked rice (nutritional info based on white)
    6 oz thinly sliced, beef, top sirloin
    1 pkg frozen broccoli, chopped
    1/2 cup julienned carrots
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1/2 tsp black pepper
    1/2 tsp ginger

Directions

1. Cook beef in large frying pan until cooked through. Remove from pan and keep warm.

2. Add vegetables to pan and fry until tender.

3. Add cooked rice, beef, soy sauce, pepper and ginger to the pan. Continue cooking until heated through and well blended.
